Shipping

Your order will be shipped once the payment has been processed. All orders are shipped through Australia Post

Within Australia
Regular Mail (no tracking) = 2-7 business days

International
Economy Air (no tracking) = 14+ business days

* Please note that these are only estimates and orders can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. Often orders can be held by your local post or customs office, so if you believe your order is taking longer than expected please check there first. If you have not received your order in 21 days (35 for international) past the shipping date, please do not hesitate contact us. 

** Please Please Please check your address! We can only verify Australian addresses, So please just double check that your address is correctly formatted. 

*** Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post and other international postal services therefore we do not take responsibility for any orders lost in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our pins are shipped in bubble wrap within a bubble mailer, however if your purchase does arrived damaged, please contact us and we can work it out. 

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any such fees.
